"Xomed Logo Animations"1997
In this sequence a laser cuts through a steel plate,shooting swirling sparks off
ERROR MSGinto space. Alias particle effects are unmatched in their realism and dynamic
behavior. They also slow most systems to a crawl as the particles are computed
ERROR MSGor "ramp up". Note also the glowing smoke effect created by usinga different
shader type on gaseous particles.

This sequence shows a space age metal press in operation,creating the Xomed
logo. As the die and press plate come in contact with one another, sparksare
emitted through vents in the mold. This theme was developed to reflect the
company's futuristic industrial manufacturing nature.
