NEW CUSTOMERS – Your first order will be shipped C.O.D. via Federal Express. Or, you may send payment with your order. Please supply 2 trade references, and include your Resale #.

INITIAL ORDER – There is a minimum initial order of $150.00.

RE-ORDER – There is a minimum re-order of 12 items.

TERMS – Net 30 days for established accounts. 2% 10 days. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on all overdue invoices. NSF checks will be charged a $20.00 service fee.

RETURNS – Please inspect your shipment and report any damage to us within 5 days of receipt, and obtain a return authorization. We will replace the damaged items, postage free, on receipt of your return shipment.

SHIPPING – We ship within 3 business days via Federal Express.

SHIPPING OPTIONS – Notify us if you would like merchandise shipped Federal Express or UPS collect to your own account.

SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES – We use standard Federal Express Ground Service (2 - 5 Business Days) Shipping Charges, plus a $4.00 handling charge on all orders. F.O.B. Norwell, Massachusetts. If you wish faster service, let us know.
