EDUCATION:
East Tennessee State University, 1972, Bachelor of Science, BusinessAdministration with a Minor in Military Science and Major in Real Estate.

Minor in Military Science included Army Reserve Officer Flight Trainingand was commissioned as an Infantry Officer in United States Army on Graduationfrom East Tennessee State University.   Training in militaryincluded Basic Infantry Officer Course and Airborne School.  Militaryservice completed at the rank of Captain.

Presently enrolled at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MNin the Graduate School of Business Master of Science in Real Estate AppraisalProgram.

Awarded the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation.  In additionto numerous other requirements regarding experience, comprehensive examinationand demonstration report; Warren Klutz successfully completed and passedthe following courses given by the Appraisal Institute prior to awardingof the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute).

Owned and operated Warren Klutz and Company since 1975, specializingin commercial and investment real estate brokerage, consulting and appraisingin Tennessee, Virginia and North Carolina.   Experience includesappraisal of various interests in all types of properties for financialinstitutions, utility companies, private, corporate and government clients. Has appeared and qualified as expert witness in numerous courts in Tennesseeand Virginia.   Mr. Klutz is the only individual in Tennesseeor Virginia to be licensed as a state certified general real estate appraiser,broker and auctioneer while simultaneously holding the MAI, CCIM and SRAdesignations.
