"Cartoon Network Bumpers"1996-97

This piece was created for use as a bumper/station IDfor the Cartoon Network.
We utilized Silicon Graphic's Alias/Wavefront Power Animator to realizethis
comical character's "encounter" with the station logo! This piecewas animated by
Robbie Millar.

This comical bumper with a "David and Goliath"theme stars a menacing robot who
meets his match in a small mouse with the penchant for classic school-boypranks. This
piece perfectly illustrates Artrix's interest in combining the possibilitiesof computer
graphics software with classic cartoon humor, and the ability to tell astory in a very brief
period of time. Even thought the piece is only a quarter of a minute, thecharacters personalities
and attributes are clear.
