Training Focus - The Reporting Student and Project Performance (RSPP) training is designed to provide you with practical and comprehensive instruction in US Department of Education requirements relative to legislative intent and reporting. The RSPP training team uses a supportive, step by step approach to help alleviate the anxiety surrounding your reporting obligations. In addition, the training will address the fact that accountability (tracking, monitoring, and reporting student and project performance) is an absolute demand of every TRIO staff member and every TRIO project and is essential to the sustainment of the TRIO programs.
Training Topics - A brief synopsis of the content of of the ASPIRE RSPP training project includes workshops and general sessions on the following topics:

- See how other programs have implemented innovative reporting strategies
- Discover the keys to creating an effective, user friendly reporting system
- Identify the essential tools used for monitoring program performance
Who Should Attend - This training is ideal for all TRIO personnel, whether youre a seasoned TRIO veteran or brand new to the TRIO community. In fact, participants are encouraged to attend with members of their own project to help maintain project focus and to ease implementation of changes and/or improvements relative to their reporting responsibilities back home.

- What To Expect
- You can expect a dynamic, interactive training where you will have the opportunity to meet with your peers and establish nationwide support networks. You will be assigned to a trainer who will act as a guide to assist you with the development of an Action Plan which will promote changes and/or improvements in a particular aspect of your reporting responsibilities.

- This training consists of an intensive three days of learning, sharing, and participating in activities during the 8:00 am to 5:00 pm time frame each day. For this reason, we encourage participants to arrive before the starting date or stay after the training ends if they would like to sight see or visit friends and family.
