A letter of intent has been signed by both parties to define the general terms of the strategic alliance.  The agreement between SIRIOS and Amazonia is subject to certain conditions, to successful completion of a due diligence by SIRIOS and to Board's approval.  Both parties have agreed to conclude a definitive agreement as soon as possible.  Agreements on specific Brazilian projects will be announced in the near future.
