(1990-1992)  Employed at Home Federal Bank in Johnson City, Tennessee,in the Real Estate Department.  Duties included: appraising real estate,reviewing appraisals, and construction inspections.

(2000-Present) & (1992-1997)  Worked with Warren Klutz, MAI,CCIM, SRA appraising commercial, industrial, and residential propertiesfor financial institutions, private, and corporate clients.  In addition,duties included performing condemnation appraisals for government clients;analyzing income statements for purposes of  estimating market value;and  conducting research relating to sales and trends in real estatemarkets on a local and national level.

(1997-2000) Worked as a real estate appraiser with Dykes & GardnerAppraisal Service appraising commercial, industrial, and residential propertiesfor financial and private clients.
