Electro Circuits employs team concepts in both its quality and optimization programs.  Operator involvement and ongoing Quality Training play an integral role in our Total Quality Program. Progressive implementation of Statistical Process Control throughout the plant assures us of robust processes and operations.  This program is operator driven and routinely reviewed by the Executive Management Team for consistant Process Quality.
