Asit is our desire to serve the Lord with the gifts He has given, our vision is inagreement with the Scriptures. Men and women who have committed their lives inservice to the Lord today are leading many ministries and churches. Often times,while these people are gifted in many areas of ministry, they struggle in areasof business management and administrative skills, which are so necessary to thesuccess of any organization. Additionally, from time to time, ministries willface special areas of need that they aren't experienced with. Our mission is toprovide access to business, administrative, and project management skills in anaffordable and as-needed basis to support those ministries.

Mybackground is in business and ministry management. For nearly twenty five years,I have been successfully operating businesses and supporting ministries. I haveoperated my own businesses. I have provided start-up assistance in the openingof more than twenty small businesses. I have served as the Controller for aTelecom and IT consulting firm. I have served as the Business Administrator fora church. I have served as a Deacon, Elder, and Secretary/Treasurer for otherministries. I was commissioned to the Ministry of Administration. These businessand administrative skills are my gifts...and calling.

It is my heart's desire to serve the Lord. I want to be a partof the end-time harvest of souls. I want to be walking in the plan that He hasestablished for me. I believe that the Lord has called me to utilize the giftsand skills that He has given me, in this ministry. I believe that there is agenuine need for more business in ministry, and more ministry in business.

It is my vision to personally administer and always overseethe activities of this organization. In some cases, projects will besubcontracted to other individuals as part of the network. I am not qualified toperform every service being provided by this ministry, but I am qualified tooversee their application.

Do you not say, 'There are still four months andthen comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at thefields, for they are already white for harvest!(John 4:35)
