PAX 300 series compactors are similar to the 100 series in operation, but are of explosion proof design.  PAX 300 series compactor meet Class 1, Group D requirements of the National Electric Code for such operation.  PAX 300 series compactors require installation with hard wiring to the power source.

NOTE:  All PAX compactors meet the National Electrical Code.  Under normal use, a PAX compactor should be protected from the weather.
