1. We guarantee your satisfaction by answering all inquiries completely. Please email or call with your questions before ordering. We will respond as quickly as possible.

2. All items are priced each unless otherwise noted in the description.

ERROR MSG 4. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders and Visa/Mastercard on orders over $100.

5. Lay-a-ways are accepted on any item or items that total $200. You must place a 1/3 non-refundable deposit to secure your lay-a-way during the first 10 days. Your second payment of 1/3 is due 30 days later with the final 1/3 payment due by 60 days from the original order.

6. Postage, insurance and in special cases handling charges are extra. All packages are shipped by the USPS using priority mail unless other arrangements are made at the time of your order. Orders paid for by money order, cashier's check or credit card are shipped within 48 hours. Orders paid for by check may be held until cleared.

7. All pieces are in excellent condition unless otherwise noted in the description. Excellent condition means no chips, flea bits, cracks, major
flaws, repairs or excessive wear. There may be surface scratches due to age and use on some items.  We will try to always alert you to these before shipping.

8. Sorry, we are required to collect 5% sales tax on all purchases by Indiana residents.

9. Returns are accepted for all our merchandise with prior approval and our sticker still affixed to the item. You must email or call us within 3 days of receipt of the item to get authorization for the return. All returns must be sent to us by insured carrier and arrive within 12 days of your initial request for a refund.

10. Email or call us to reserve an item. We will hold your item for 10 days to allow your payment to arrive. After 10 days with no payment, the item is put back on the shelf for sale. Please inform us if you change your mind.
