Kefren Designs, Inc, has released a new product. Its the KDI Call Management software system. This Help Desk software is compatible to Windows 95, 98, and WinNT 4.0 and higher. It is user friendly and was created with the average user in mind. This software package is used to help maintain customer calls and alert you to incoming messages.
