ERROR MSGAlthough there is no age limit, these trips include travel to many different places that may be exhausting for young children. Thus, we do not recommend bringing young children on this tour.

Many people on these trips travel with a partner. However, the personalized style of our trips, the type of activities that we conduct, and the inspiring beauty of Patagonian nature, are combined in a way that favors the development of new friendships. The special adventure of exploring this fascinating region brings the group together. Single travelers will be comfortable and enjoy the experience.

Who will be my travel partners?

Our trips are open to travelers from all countries. In general, our travelers are open-minded people, with a special interest for adventure, natural landscapes, historical heritage and cultural diversity. This attitude, combined with the international background of your travel partners makes our trips an even more enriching experience.

What is the pace of your tours?

Some of our trips may include long hikes. Normally, these are not strenuous walks and do not require any special training, only a minimum of physical health and a little enthusiasm! It is important to mention, that all our hiking activities are optional, and that the length of the hikes could be adapted depending on the desires and abilities of the travelers.

How are the accommodations?

The type of accommodation will vary depending on the place we are visiting. You will enjoy facilities ranging from first class hotels to comfortable, country-style estancias. Argentinean estancias are very large farms, originally devoted to agricultural and cattle activities. Some estancias of Patagonia are now also offering accommodation for travelers. The estancias in which we will stay have all the amenities (heat, hot water, etc.) needed to provide you comfort and relaxation.
Normally, we will stay in double rooms (optional single rooms will be available in some cases for an additional payment).

What type of clothes and equipment do I need to pack?

The weather in Patagonia is very changing and conditions can vary abruptly throughout the day. Although temperatures could be mild during our travel, we need to be prepared for cold temperatures and rain. Thus, we recommend packing the following items:

• Comfortable long trousers/pants

Do I need any special vaccinations? Should I take any special sanitary precautions?

No special vaccinations are needed for travel to Patagonia or Buenos Aires. Unless specifically indicated, there are no water quality problems in the areas where we will be traveling.

What type of documentation would I need?

You will need a valid passport with at least 6 months validation on the arrival day to Argentina. In general, Argentina does not require visas for international tourists coming from Europe or North America. Nevertheless, it is always recommended to check with the Argentinean Consulate nearest to you.
