Installed in the hydraulic oil reservoir and is thermostatically controlled to allow the heater to function only as needed. Heater element does not have to be disconnected during the warmer months. Heater temperature range will not exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Multi-Cycle Timer
Allows the unit to cycle more than 1 time before shutting down. Installed in the panel box, the timer is adjustable from 0-17 minutes (approximately 15-20 cycles) Timer is automatically activated when the unit is started, unit will run for the specified time before shutdown.
Hold-To-Run (Deadman Controls)
This requires that the operator stay at the compactor controls during the compaction cycle. Operator must hold the "Hold-To-Run "and "Start " button for the unit to operate. Releasing the "Hold-To-Run" will cause the unit to shut down.
Jog Control Station (Stationary Only)
Jog Controls are mounted on the compactor unit. The Jog Control Station has a three position key switch (Remote, Off, Bypass) and a three position selector switch (Extend, Off, Retract) The mode allows the driver to manually control the compactor in clearing the charge box for container removal. While in Bypass mode, all other controls for the compactor become non-functional. With the container removed, the driver places the key switch to off, thus preventing the unit from cycling while the container is gone. This options works effectively for thru-the-wall installations
